Terms of Service

B3 provides professional consulting sessions on artificial intelligence, software, and related technology topics, delivered as scheduled calls or in-person meetings with one specialist or the full team, as selected at booking. The scope of a session is the conversation and guidance delivered during the booked time, plus any materials we choose to share.

• Sessions are booked through our scheduling system. The price for your selected session type and format is displayed before you confirm, and payment is collected at booking through Stripe.
• Prices differ by meeting format (remote or in person) and by session type (single specialist or full team). You are responsible for selecting the format you can actually attend.
• If a session runs beyond its booked length by mutual agreement, additional time is billed at the rate we quote during the session, via a payment link. We will always confirm with you before extending billable time.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

• More than 24 hours before your session: you may reschedule at no charge, or cancel for a full refund.
• Within 24 hours of your session: the booking is non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time reschedule.
• No-shows: if you do not attend within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
• If we cancel or cannot deliver a session for any reason, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session, your choice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Our consultations provide professional opinions and technical guidance based on the information you share and the state of the field at the time of the session. They are not legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Technology, AI models, and vendor offerings change quickly; guidance is current as of the session date. Decisions you make based on our guidance, including purchases, hires, architectures, and deployments, are your own, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

We treat non-public business information you share during a session as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except to deliver the services, comply with law, or with your permission. Our specialists brief each other internally so the team can serve you well; that internal sharing stays within B3. If your engagement needs a signed NDA, send it to us before the session.

You keep all rights in the materials and information you share with us. We keep all rights in our methods, know-how, templates, and any pre-existing materials. Recommendations, notes, and example code we deliver during a session are licensed to you for your business use. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property.

You agree not to misuse the site or booking system, including attempting to disrupt the service, probing or breaching security, booking with payment methods you are not authorized to use, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks. We may decline or cancel bookings (with a refund) at our discretion, including where we believe a request falls outside what we can responsibly advise on.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total liability arising out of or relating to a session or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the session giving rise to the claim; and (b) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify B3 against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services, and we agree to indemnify you against third-party claims that our delivery of the services infringes their intellectual property rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Grand Forks County, North Dakota, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the other in writing and allowing 30 days to respond.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book governs that booking. We will post updates here with a new effective date.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and B3 regarding the services, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you, in which case that agreement controls.
